Benjamin Mallon is an executive technology and engineering operations leader with 20 years of experience directing cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.

His background includes serving as Associate Director of Cloud Engineering and Head of Infrastructure at Product Madness, where he scaled global infrastructure for high-traffic environments and executed data-driven FinOps frameworks. He also completed two operational tenures at Amazon, governing international IT infrastructure support and engineering operations teams globally. He provides fractional technical leadership to optimize platform architecture, accelerate delivery velocity, and mitigate operational downtime.
